POLICIES
Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our preservation pieces, all sales are final.
Each item is uniquely created using flowers provided by the client, and once the preservation process has begun, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on completed work. That said, our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction throughout the preservation process and will work with you to achieve the best possible result.
Order Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If an order is cancelled before your flowers are received, a retainer fee of 25% of the total order will be retained to cover preparation and scheduling. Up to 75% of the order total will be refunded for cancellation made prior to flower delivery.
Once your flowers has been received, the preservation process begins immediately and no refunds can be issued.
If flowers arrive in poor condition, we may offer bouquet recreation as an optional service for an additional charge.
Shipping (Seller)
We will communicate with you by email throughout the preservation process. Prior to shipment, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. Orders will not be shipped until address confirmation is received.
All items are packaged with great care. Once your order has shipped, Pastel and Petals is not responsible for damage caused during transit. Each shipment is additionally insured through our shipping carrier.
If your order is lost or damaged, we will file an insurance claim and use the recovered funds to either recreate your piece or full reimbursement for the item will be processed.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.
Shipping (Client)
Clients are responsible fro shipping their flowers. For best results, flowers must be shipped within 24- 48 hours following the event and properly hydrated before shipping. We will provide you with detailed flower preparation and shipping instructions to help ensure your bouquet arrives safely. Please follow these instructions carefully.
Overnight shipping is required because flowers are highly perishable and delays with standard shipping methods often result in unusable blooms.
Pastel & Petals is not responsible for damaged caused by shipping delays or improper packaging.
If flowers arrive in poor condition, we may offer bouquet recreation for an additional charge.
Bouquet Recreation
Bouquet Recreation is available if you are dissatisfied with your bouquet prior to casting or if your original flowers can't be saved.
We recreate your bridal bouquet using carefully sourced blooms. I'm a licensed floral designer and work directly with local wholesalers to ensure the highest quality.
After you send us photos of your bouquet, we will discuss how closely we can replicate it. Please note that some blooms may need to be substituted due to seasonal availability or regional limitations. However, we always strive to match your original color palette , textures and overall design as closely as possible.
Order Completion
Flower preservation is a delicate process that must be carried out methodically. There is no way to expedite this process. We are proud to offer a current turnaround of 3 months, far faster than the standard timelines usually offered by other preservation studious. We accept a limited number of orders at a time, so your flowers are processed promptly and never sit in silica for months waiting in line. If your order experiences any unforeseen delays during processing, you will be updated by email.
