We understand the sentimental value associated with your wedding floweers. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to establish a transparent and respectful relationship between our clients and our team. Every aspect of our services, from preservation process to client expectations, is outlined to ensure a seamless experience.
Our Terms & Conditions cover essential aspects such as refunds and returns, shipping responsibility, delivery timelines, product expectations. Product Disclaimer
All of our products are handmade and, by nature, may contain minor imperfections. These may include, but are not limited to, small scratches, surface irregularities, air bubbles, slight variations in size or dimensions, color differences, fading, ambering, uneven layers, or tiny embedded particles. When natural materials such as flowers are incorporated, they may also exhibit natural changes over time, including color shifts, browning, translucency, tearing, or shape variations. By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics as part of the handmade process.
Each custom and handmade item is unique and created individually with care and attention. Images and videos displayed on our website or social media represent examples of previous work and are intended for reference only; they do not guarantee that the final product will look identical. By purchasing from us, you understand and accept that your item will be one-of-a-kind.

Products containing epoxy resin are created using epoxy resin supplied by third-party manufacturers. Pastel & Petals will use high-quality, non-toxic, UV-resistant epoxy resin for all products; however, we are not liable for any chemical or manufacturing-related issues, including but not limited to batch inconsistencies, premature yellowing (ambering), or other material defects. By purchasing any product and/or service, you acknowledge and accept that Pastel & Petals does not control the chemical composition of the supplied materials used in production. Minor variations between resin batches are normal and expected.
All epoxy resin products will naturally amber over time. Ambering is an inherent characteristic of epoxy resin and must be expected in any item containing this material. UV resistance can slow this process but cannot prevent it entirely. The rate at which ambering occurs cannot be predicted, as it depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturer batch characteristics, exposure to ultraviolet light, environmental heat, and product use or storage conditions after delivery.
By purchasing any product and/or service, you acknowledge and accept that ambering is inevitable and that Pastel & Petals cannot control when or how this process occurs once the product has been created.
The quality of all products will be determined according to the standards established by us. We do not guarantee that any products purchased by you will meet your personal expectations, nor do we warrant that any errors in the Service will be identified or corrected.

Artistic Style
Custom and handmade pieces require specialized skills and craftsmanship. While we carefully consider client preferences and special requests, final artistic decisions remain at our discretion to ensure the highest quality outcome. By purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge that we retain full creative control over the design and production process.
Order Cancellation
​
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occur. In the event an order is cancelled prior to our receipt of the client’s flowers, a non-refundable retainer equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total order amount shall be retained to compensate for administrative preparation, scheduling, and reserved production time. For cancellations made before flower delivery, up to seventy-five percent (75%) of the total order amount may be refunded.
Upon receipt of the client’s flowers, the preservation process will commence immediately. After this point, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
If flowers are received in poor or unusable condition, we may offer bouquet recreation as an optional service for an additional fee.
​Refunds and Returns
​
Due to the custom, personalized, and one-of-a-kind nature of preservation products, all sales are final. Each item is uniquely created using materials provided by the client, and once preservation work has begun, returns, exchanges, or refunds on completed items are not permitted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we remain committed to client satisfaction and will make commercially reasonable efforts to collaborate with the client throughout the preservation process to achieve the best possible outcome.

Shipping (Client)​​
​
Clients are responsible for shipping their flowers to us. For optimal preservation results, flowers must be shipped within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours following the event and must be properly hydrated prior to shipment. We will provide preparation and shipping instructions; however, Pastel & Petals shall not be responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow such instructions.
Overnight shipping is required due to the highly perishable nature of fresh flowers. Standard or delayed shipping methods frequently result in unusable materials. Pastel & Petals shall not be responsible for deterioration, damage, or loss caused by shipping delays, carrier errors, environmental exposure, or improper packaging by the client.
If flowers arrive in poor or unusable condition, we may offer bouquet recreation services for an additional fee.

Shipping ( Seller)
​
We will communicate with the client via email throughout the preservation process. Prior to shipment of any completed order, we will contact the client to confirm the shipping address. Orders will not be released for shipment until written address confirmation has been received.
All items are packaged with reasonable care and protective materials. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Pastel & Petals shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage occurring during transit. Shipments are insured through the selected carrier. In the event an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will file an insurance claim with the carrier. Any funds recovered through such claim shall be applied toward recreation of the item or reimbursement of the purchase price.
If an item arrives damaged, the client must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation of both the damage and all packaging materials. Failure to provide timely notice may affect eligibility for insurance claims.

Bouquet Recreation
​
​Bouquet recreation services may be offered if the client is dissatisfied with the bouquet prior to resin casting or if the original flowers are determined to be unsuitable for preservation.
Recreated bouquets are designed using professionally sourced flowers obtained through wholesalers. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to replicate the original bouquet as closely as possible, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed. Certain flowers may require substitution due to seasonal availability, regional limitations, or supplier constraints. We will strive to match the original color palette, textures, and overall aesthetic design to the greatest extent reasonably possible.
Order Completion
​
Flower preservation is a complex and time-sensitive process that must be completed in multiple stages. This process cannot be expedited without risking damage to the final product. Our current estimated turnaround time is approximately three (3) months; however, all timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We accept a limited number of orders concurrently to ensure timely processing. If unforeseen delays occur, the client will be notified via email. Pastel & Petals shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to material curing variables, environmental conditions, or supply issues.

Right to Refuse Service
​
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or decline service to any individual or entity for any reason, at any time, without obligation to provide justification.
Pastel & Petals maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, inspection interference, or any disrespectful behavior directed toward our team. We are under no obligation to provide or continue services to any client who engages in such conduct. In such circumstances, we further reserve the right to cancel pending orders without refund except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Third-Party Platforms​
​
You acknowledge and agree that this website is hosted by Wix, and any technical errors, service interruptions, platform malfunctions, or other website-related issues are outside the control and responsibility of Pastel & Petals. This limitation also applies to third-party service providers and payment processors, including but not limited to Affirm, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Stripe, or similar services.
Your use of any third-party tools, payment systems, or external services made available through the website is entirely at your own discretion and risk. It is your sole responsibility to review, understand, and accept the terms, conditions, and policies established by such third-party providers. Pastel & Petals shall not be liable for any losses, damages, fees, or disputes arising from the use of third-party platforms or services.

Governing Law​

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or relating to services or products provided by Pastel & Petals, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms, our services, or products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
