We Receive Your Flowers

Once your flowers are delivered, a confirmation email will be sent confirming receipt and including images of their condition upon arrival. As flowers are a natural and delicate material, not all blooms may arrive suitable for casting. In such cases, a floral replication may be offered for an additional fee. However, when the recommended care and shipping guidelines are followed, this is rarely necessary.

04

Drying Process

We begin drying your flowers immediately using silica sand. This process takes up to one month to ensure all moisture is removed before casting, creating a long - lasting keepsake.  Please expect color shifts: whites may turn creamy or yellowish, reds often deepen to burgundy, brown or black, some flowers may become translucent or speckled.

Designing Your Piece

After drying,  your flowers thoughtfully arranged. We will email you with a photo of the proposed design.  You will have the opportunity to approve or request changes before any resin casting begins. We offer up to two free revisions. We generally allow one week for this portion of the process. If we do not receive a response within the requested timeframe, we will proceed with the proposed design.  Be sure to keep an eye on your email for communication from us.

Casting

This stage of the process can take up to three weeks to complete. Resin is carefully poured in multiple layers to ensure proper curing  and minimize air bubbles.  However, some bubbles may still appear, this is a natural part of the process, as air trapped within the flowers is slowly released during curing. Additional time is then allowed for the piece to fully cure before it moves on to the polishing stage.

The Final Stage

This stage is where your piece truly comes to life. Each design is carefully polished, edges smoothed, any minor imperfections refined and the surface is brought to a crystal- clear shine. At this point, your piece is like a raw diamond, by the end of this stage, it transforms into a true gem. This process is typically completed within two weeks.

Shipping Your Order

Approximately three months after we receive your bouquet, your flowers will be fully preserved and ready to ship. Once everything polished, we'll email you to confirm your shipping address. We will not ship your order until we receive your confirmation. After confirmation, we carefully pack everything to ensure it ships safely.  Your keepsake will arrive beautifully packaged in out signature box, designed to make unboxing feel just as special whether its a gift or a keepsake for yourself. We'll provide tracking information via email once your piece on its way.
