Yes. You may cancel before shipping your bouquet, however the $100 reservation deposit is non- refundable, because it secures your place in our schedule. Once your bouquet received and preservation has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Pastel And Petals offers a 3-month turnaround time. After your flowers are received and your design is approved, your bouquet moves through the preservation and finishing process with care.
