A $400 minimum order is required due to the labor - intensive process. Every project includes drying, custom design, multiple resin pours, sanding, polishing and quality control.
As early as possible. we accept a limited number of projects each month and popular wedding dates fill quickly. Ideally, reserve your spot 1 - 3 months before your event.
Yes. You may cancel before shipping your bouquet, however the $100 reservation deposit is non- refundable, because it secures your place in our schedule. Once your bouquet received and preservation has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Most projects are completed in approximately 3 months. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
